Thank you for looking at our Will making services.
Dying without a Will can cause serious problems and unwanted stress for surviving relatives.
Whether you are single, married, divorced, cohabiting, young or old, different circumstances throw up different legal issues that you will need advice on when making a Will.
Why Us
Our highly experienced team will work with you to assess the current and future situation of you and your family and we will make writing or reviewing your Will a straightforward process.
You will have the confidence that you are our priority, with our aim being that any member of the team is available to speak with you when you need some clarity and certainty at any stage in the process. We feel this provides reassurance and gives you an outlet for any concerns that you may have.
We are proud to hold Lexcel and WIQS Accreditations, issued by the Law Society. This involves the firm undergoing a rigorous audit process which ensures we maintain high levels of client care.
Pricing: Fixed Fees
The fees involved in making your Will vary depending on the individual circumstances. We offer fixed fees for both simple and more complex Wills which range between £175 and £500 plus VAT, depending upon your specific requirements.
In very exceptional circumstances, the complexity of the matter may necessitate a tailored quotation.
Time Scales
Making a Will does not have to be time consuming. It can often take less than just a couple of hours of your time to get a Will – and peace of mind - in place. We are happy to visit you at home if required and will do our best to fit in with your schedule and see you at times convenient to yourself.
Key Milestones
With each instruction there are key milestones, which may vary according to individual circumstances. Making your will typically involves the following:
- Meeting to take instructions
- Provision of draft will for checking/approval
- Subject to any amends, meeting to sign will
- We can hold your will in storage should that be your preference
- We can register your will with The Certainty National Will Register to ensure that your Will can be found easily if it is lost, misplaced or forgotten over the passage of time
