A CLC-qualified licensed conveyancer since 2006, Sue has working in the residential conveyancing field for more than 30 years and joins SH&Co. with a wealth of knowledge and a strong reputation developed from an established network of loyal clients and estate agents.
Accomplished in a wide range of property transactions, Sue's skills, expertise and friendly personable manner enable her to effectively manage and enhance client transactions and further develop supportive relationships with estate agents, mortgage advisors and brokers.
Client service is front and centre for Sue, and she strives to treat her clients as she’d wanted to be treated herself. Knowing that property transactions are undoubtedly the largest financial commitment that most people will ever make, Sue makes every effort to consistently and sensitively engage, advise and support her clients throughout the conveyancing process, ensuring the legal jargon is kept to a minimum.
When she’s not using her conveyancing super powers, Sue likes to relax by spending most weekends attending the Manchester United Women’s Team games with her daughter. They’ve enjoyed touring the country to watch the Lionesses games and spent a month travelling in Australia at the Women’s World cup.
The navigation involved in this is no mean feat, as Sue herself confesses to having the worst sense of direction! As she’s able to get lost in a paper bag (her words!), a trip on one of ‘Sue’s Adventures’ involving seeing parts of the country you weren’t expecting – but she’ll get you there eventually!
