Work highlights
- Represented a wife in divorce / financial remedy proceedings. Husband wanted 100% of matrimonial assets and income. The case was settled after FDR resulting in assets divided equally and was therefore a success for the client.
- Represented wife in a domestic abuse case against husband. Advised client on the need for financial disclosure and disclosure of husband’s pension after separation. Resulted in a satisfactory outcome for the client.
- Successfully secured a ‘no contact order’, Child Arrangements Order, and Prohibited Steps Order for wife and mother of two in a post-separation coercive control and domestic violence case.
