This is a FREE drop-in clinic where you can simply turn up on the day, at the time of the clinic, and be seen.
We offer support to older people or families concerned about an elderly relative. The advice and guidance we provide includes:
- Making a will – also covering advice on nursing home costs and funeral arrangements
- Probate
- Trusts – setting up trusts both in your will and during your lifetime
- Estate Planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney – where you can give someone you trust the legal authority to make decisions on your behalf, if you’re either unable to in the future of if you no longer wish to make decisions for yourself.
- Court of Protection – covering matters, applications and objections in the instance where a person can no longer manager their affairs
