Susan
Howarth formed her legal practice following a wide experience she gained
first-hand within the probation service and social services. After qualifying
in law she was determined to provide a specialist practice able to give
practical help and provide the sensitivity needed on a wide range of
family law issues and in 1997 Susan Howarth & Company
Solicitors was born.
The firm was further strengthened when Jane Williamson joined the practice as
a partner in January 2000, adding her experience gained in the fields of family
law and child protection.
Today Susan Howarth & Company Solicitors provides a range of specialist services
covering every aspect of family and personal injury law. They include divorce
and separation, care and adoption, mediation, conveyancing (commercial and domestic)
and wills and probate, drawing on a team of specialists with a depth of experience.
The firm offers services to both private and publicly funded clients and the
company has the benefit of a Family and Mediation Franchise with the Legal Services
Commission to enable the efficient delivery to those eligible for public funding.
