So, we’re truly delighted to announce that for the 7th consecutive year we have been re-accredited the Law Society’s quality mark, Lexcel - the mark of excellence for practice management), with a 100% pass rate.
It’s not easy to secure this accreditation in the best of circumstances let alone in the current working climate; so, as a collective team, we are incredibly proud to have achieved this.
The Lexcel practice management standard is only awarded to solicitors who meet the highest management and customer care standards and we’ve undergone rigorous independent assessment to ensure we meet the required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management.
Lexcel has only been awarded to one in ten law firms, so it acts as a useful guide for prospective clients wishing to identify the best legal practices.
