Not everyone can afford to use a solicitors to get divorced and we understand that.
Hence, we offer a simple and straight forward monthly DIY Divorce Clinic during which we will guide you through the various forms (namely a Divorce Petition, an Acknowledgement of Service, an Application for Decree Nisi and an Application for Decree Absolute) and help you fill them in to ensure that are completed in the way required by the Courts. This clinic helps ensure your proceedings won’t be delayed by incomplete or inaccurate paperwork.
The session includes:
- a step-by-step guide to the divorce procedure;
- the required forms for you to complete;
- help to complete the forms with your personal information, and
- a copy of the completed forms for you to keep for your own records.
NB. This service purely covers legal information with regards to the divorce process.
