The Family Law team at Susan Howarth & Company Solicitors is headed by Susan Howarth who specialises in Family Law, Family Mediation and Personal Injury Law. Our other Family lawyers are Cath Turner and Vicky Poole. Susan is a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and Jane is a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel. Susan Howarth also provides a mediation service and she covers all aspects of family issues in this regard.

Lea prepares wills and gives advice on tax planning when doing so, especially when presented with complex estates and she also deals with the firms probate. Cath also prepares wills. Jane Howarth specialises in a blend of domestic conveyancing and all aspects of commercial property transactions.
