How long will it take and how much will it cost?

Both the time to administer the estate and the cost of administering it will depend on the complexity of the estate i.e. the number of assets and liabilities.

What papers do I need?

Bring all papers relating to assets and liabilities. The original Will and a number of original Death Certificates. If in doubt bring all
papers, we will sort them out.
